Vision: “A College Graduate in Every Family”
It is my firm belief that a College degree or technical/vocational skill, even for only one child, will reward each family better economic and social standing or status. In this regard, our programs must be focused towards increasing each family’s capacity to send a child to College. We, therefore, aim to increase the income of the tricycle operator/driver, vendor, the farmer, the women, even if they are only homemakers, and all those who are employed or self employed.
In pursuit of this vision, the following are my goals for 6th Congressional District of Pangasinan:
1. Ably represent the district in lawmaking and in the formation of national consensus thru debates and congressional sessions;
2. To improve the quality of life of the citizens and alleviate poverty through sustainable activities to meet the basic needs of the people;
3. To maximize the development of business and industry, to generate employment and livelihood and increase income and purchasing power of its citizens;
4. To provide infrastructure and utilities in support of the citizens’ economic, social, and ecological activities, as well as develop and create conditions favorable to economic development; and
5. To consult with and encourage active participation of citizens from non-government and private organizations in planning and implementing community programs and projects.

Through HELP DISTRICT, people will enjoy a better quality of life through increased access to basic services and educational and economic opportunities, while the District itself could look forward to faster rate of growth and development anchored on sustainable growth, the construction of vital infrastructures, and the harnessing of modern technology to serve the needs of society and industry.
